Business Development Manager
Location: Bengaluru Department: Marketing & Sales Qualification: MBA with Specialization in Sales & Marketing

We are on looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. You would be responsible for Marketing & Sales of companies service offerings. You must be an excellent communicator and great listener high on professional skills coupled with a friendly approach to maintain excellent customer relationships. This position gives you a high level of freedom to perform, allowing you to create your own operating ways & meet the targets as per your style.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in building Digital Strategies for Marketing XergY's service offerings
  • Work with XergY's Advertising & Digital team to create online campaigns for the target customer segments
  • Generating, verifying, managing, tracking and following up on leads by calls, emails etc.
  • Conducting sales presentations explaining companies service lines through phone and screen sharing
  • Creating sales proposals inline with the conversation held with the client
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals following goals set by the business leaders
  • Creating and updating activity reports
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and transactions and note useful information
  • Any other tasks as directed by the company
